Responsibilities

Program Planning & Scope: Define program scope based on product and business requirements. Drive planning and alignment on program milestones
Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with senior leaders to secure participation from required core team members and foster collaboration across functions
Schedule & Task Management: Build and maintain detailed program plans, including schedules, critical path tasks, and dependencies. Track progress and recommend adjustments to plans as needed to meet objectives
Risk & Issue Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle. Escalate issues promptly and collaborate on resolution strategies
Performance Monitoring: Analyze actual performance against plans and ensure milestones and timelines are achieved
Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, timely updates on program status, risks, and changes. Ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged
Quality Assurance: Monitor deliverables to ensure they meet defined success criteria and program objectives
Deployment & Change Management: Support development of deployment strategies, change management plans, and tools for controlled rollouts and field implementation
Documentation & Governance: Maintain comprehensive, accessible documentation of program plans, decisions, risks, and updates for stakeholder reference
Consistent exercise of independent and collaborative judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Delivers on commitments while demonstrating a high level of integrity and respect for all teammates and stakeholders
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary

Required

Strong stakeholder management: Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Advanced problem-solving capabilities: Proven track record of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
Experience with complex systems and processes: Comfortable navigating new systems, processes, and workflows to implement effective program management, ask the right questions, and make impactful recommendations
Adaptability: Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and dynamic environments
Bachelor's Degree
0-2 Years of Relevant Work Experience

Preferred

AI experience: Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts, tools, or applications
