Cash burn management, runway planning, and burn-reduction initiatives
Fundraising strategy, financial storytelling, and board-level reporting
Pricing, packaging, and unit economics optimization
Hiring and org design tradeoffs, including senior leadership roles
Strategic shifts into new verticals or customer segments, and sales strategy
Vendor management, contract negotiation, and spend discipline
Qualification
Required
Experience in finance, consulting, or a related field
Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
Ability to manage cash burn and runway planning
Experience in fundraising strategy and financial storytelling
Knowledge of pricing, packaging, and unit economics optimization
Experience in hiring and organizational design tradeoffs
Ability to manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations
Strong communication skills for executive-level interactions
Experience working in high-growth startup environments
Ability to run a finance function across multiple startups simultaneously
