Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales

Responsibilities

Participate in the hiring, interviewing, training, and ramp-up process for new team members
Provide strong leadership, motivation, and encouragement to the sales team to ensure all sales quotas are met and exceeded
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop comprehensive sales quotas and strategies
Monitor sales performance, including activity, weekly pipeline reviews, forecasting discussion and closed deals, to ensure consistent quota attainment
Regularly report on team and individual results through diligent pipeline management and forecasting
Identify and analyze customer preferences to effectively direct and optimize sales efforts
Resolve customer complaints, staffing issues, and other operational problems that could interfere with efficient sales operations
Reviewing account plans to identify blind spots or missed opportunities for upselling
Ensuring the team follows a rigorous framework (MEDDIC) to maintain consistency across long cycles
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

3+ years of Sales Management experience, managing an Enterprise team for a B2B SaaS or cloud software company
Able to accurately forecast team performance
Motivated with a desire to learn and have a strong work ethic
Experience selling AI, Repository and/or User Experience software
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Ability to travel occasionally for customer on-site, events and internal summits
