The role involves facilitating various Agile ceremonies, coordinating with partner teams, and ensuring delivery flow while supporting quality improvements.

Responsibilities
Facilitate standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and grooming sessions
Track and improve velocity, throughput, and delivery predictability
Co-ordinate with our partner teams (Ex. EA, TRO, Azure & OCP Platforms etc.)
Co-ordinate with vendors
Co-ordinate DR testing, AppSec & OHIP Vulnerabilities remediation, and IT Resiliency practices
Co-ordinate with Linda (Change Co-Ordinator) for CRQs, communications, and outages etc
Standardize sprint hygiene and reporting across teams
Identify, track, and escalate delivery risks and blockers
Plan KP Learn trainings, and quarterly workshops
Ensure shared libraries and infra projects are integrated into sprint cycles
Measure turnaround time for support/service tickets
Identify recurring support themes and drive preventive action
Maintain a Tech Debt register and ensure ownership and timelines
Identify and track missing diagrams, architecture documentation, and decision records
Support CI/CD and pipeline maturity through structured reviews
Reduce meeting overload by streamlining Agile ceremonies
Facilitate Road Map discussions
Facilitate hand off between onsite and our GCC teams
Maintain weekly status report templates, follow up and collect weekly reports from all leads (including GCC)
Weekly sprint reports with key KPIs (velocity, cycle time, throughput)
Support ticket SLA dashboards and resolution reports
Monthly Tech Debt status and clean-up report
Retrospective action trackers and effectiveness follow-ups
Engineering process flow diagrams and onboarding documentation
CI/CD health reviews (e.g., pipeline failures, deployment metrics)
Meeting map with ceremony recommendations (removal, merging)
Facilitate monthly read outs
Qualification
Required
Agile & Scrum expertise (Scrum Master certification preferred)
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence
Familiarity with GitHub Actions, Jenkins
Awareness of Kubernetes (K3s) and hybrid cloud (OCP, Azure)
Strong communication, facilitation, and coordination skills
Ability to derive and act on insights from delivery and support metrics
Cloud Experience (Azure, OCP, etc)
