Responsibilities
Provide advanced administrative support to the HR team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence preparation
Assist in administering HR programs such as benefits, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
Support recruitment activities, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications
Assist with employee relations activities, including investigations, documentation, and issue resolution support
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS, including personnel files and employment documentation
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and best practices
Ensure confidentiality and compliance when handling sensitive employee information
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
6–9 years of experience in human resources or an administrative support role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Preferred
Experience with HRIS systems or HR management software
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP)
Familiarity with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
