1+ years expLCOR is looking for an experienced Service Technician to join the team at Arrowwood Apartments in North Bethesda, MD. The Service Technician will perform various maintenance functions to ensure the upkeep and enhancement of the community's value.

Responsibilities
Inspect property and report any safety hazards or needed repairs to Maintenance Supervisor
Assist with hazardous weather problems, fires, floods, freezing temperatures, snow removal, etc
Must accompany vendors in occupied units for services, including but not limited to pest control, property inspections, etc
Assist office staff with delivery of resident notices
Will be required to work 1 weekend day
Plumbing repairs
Repair/replace locks, smoke alarms
Appliance repairs
Electrical repairs
Roofing inspection/minor roof repairs
HVAC repairs
Qualification
Required
1 to 3 years' experience in Community Management
Must be able to lift 25-100 lbs. on a regular basis
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be available to assist in after-hours emergency situations
Must be available for night/weekend call duty
Must be able to work during inclement weather
