Business Process Engineer, SME
CGI Federal has an exciting opportunity for a Business Process Engineer within our Intel sector advancing the national security mission through cutting edge technology. The Business Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving business processes to enhance efficiency and achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities
Process Analysis and Design: Evaluating current workflows, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and designing new or improved processes using techniques like Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
Data Analysis and Measurement: Utilizing data to assess process effectiveness, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement
Implementation and Optimization: Implementing process changes, developing documentation, and ensuring processes are aligned with business objectives
Stakeholder Collaboration: Working with various teams (e.g., operations, IT, management) to gather requirements, communicate changes, and ensure successful implementation
Continuous Improvement: Driving ongoing process enhancements, identifying opportunities for automation, and ensuring processes adhere to best practices and compliance standards
Training and Support: Developing training materials and conducting workshops to educate stakeholders on new and improved processes
Qualification
Required
Shall possess a minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
Possess a Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 2 years of related senior experience, for a total of 10 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree
TS/SCI required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Poly highly desired
IT change management experience (3 yrs.)
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server administration
Understanding of network protocols, configurations, and troubleshooting
Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python
Experience with Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and other relevant tools
Familiarity with SQL Server, MySQL, or other database systems
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is often required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. May supervise others
Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and develop data-driven solutions
Experience with methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile
Preferred
Proficient oral and written communication skills
IT program management experience (2 yrs.)
