Responsibilities
Conducting adaptive reading workshops that build phonics, comprehension, and fluency competencies
Creating personalized motivational experiences using gamified literacy achievement markers
Reviewing student performance data to improve instruction and identify actionable trends
Working alongside engineers to assess and refine AI literacy platforms based on real classroom outcomes
Producing scalable, AI-integrated content that helps early elementary students reach grade-level reading proficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
At least 2 years of experience facilitating small-group reading interventions for early elementary students
Capable of assessing reading levels, grouping learners, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-written curricula
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attuned to student interactions within them
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Willingness to work on-site at one of our locations: Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
