Glass Doctor of Sioux Falls is a growing company seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR & Reporting Specialist to support their team. The role involves managing various HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, as well as preparing performance reports and maintaining accurate data in company systems.

Responsibilities

Assist with recruiting, posting job ads, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews

Manage new‑hire onboarding, paperwork, and orientation

Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with company policies and audit readiness requirements

Track attendance, PTO, and employee records

Support management with employee communication and documentation

Coordinate training schedules and maintain training records

Assist leadership with workforce planning and employee relations

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

Track KPIs, technician productivity, and operational metrics

Maintain accurate data in company systems

Support office operations with general administrative tasks

Listening to calls and help coach staff

Provide reporting insights to help improve efficiency and performance
