Responsibilities

As an entry level I&C Engineer this role would function in an engineer capacity, under close supervision, applying department design guides, standards, systems, applicable engineering codes and Black & Veatch policies and procedures

The position would contribute to the preparation of engineering deliverables such as Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), reports, engineering specifications and technical studies and evaluations

The position will require routine research and analysis to develop recommendations for instrumentation and equipment selection

The position would understand and adhere to scope, schedule, and budget as well as the quality requirements under the Black & Veatch quality program

As an entry level I&C engineer the position must also focus on the needs of our internal clients (Project Team and Leadership) while gaining a better understanding of the external client’s needs and drivers

The role directly coordinates with the project team by sharing information and design decisions

Required

Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing

Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
