Responsibilities
Lead and deliver high-quality digital design work across brand, product and visual communications (Designer access to our Melbourne and European design teams)
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients in the US, building trusted, long-term relationships
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and proactively contribute to new business development
Ideate, pitch and present creative concepts directly to clients to secure new work
Manage client expectations, scope, timelines and budgets across multiple projects
Translate briefs into strong creative direction and oversee execution with internal and freelance teams
Project manage creative work to ensure delivery is on time, on budget and to a high standard
Collaborate with sales, strategy and leadership to support agency growth initiatives
Provide creative leadership, mentorship and feedback to designers across the studio
Engage and manage freelance designers and developers as required
You will be working with a Global team of designers and creatives. As such, there will be times when after hours executive mtgs take place
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years' experience in digital design
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, web and UX/UI work
Proven experience working directly with clients
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation tools such as PowerPoint
Experience balancing creative delivery with client and commercial responsibilities
Design excellence — strong conceptual thinking and a refined digital design eye
Client leadership — confident, credible and comfortable leading client conversations
Commercial mindset — understands how great design drives business outcomes
Growth orientation — proactive in spotting opportunities and converting them into work
Creative direction — able to guide teams and elevate output across the studio
Project & stakeholder management — organised, accountable and calm under pressure
Tech-savvy — fluent in industry tools and curious about emerging platforms and trends
Dallas based full time role – fully remote
Preferred
Prior experience in an agency environment preferred
Experience using LLM's and AI tools in the creative design process is an advantage
