Responsibilities
Create and facilitate dynamic, differentiated phonics-centered reading workshops for small groups of gifted K-2 students
Employ storytelling and interactive methods to drive learning outcomes 5-10x faster than conventional standards
Monitor student advancement and adjust instructional approaches in real time to address each cohort's unique requirements
Provide individualized and small-group coaching to produce measurable gains in adaptive reading and writing applications
Qualification
Required
Able to work on-site at GT.School in Georgetown, TX (relocation assistance provided)
Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in structured literacy (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years facilitating small-group reading interventions with K-2 learners
Background working with gifted or high-achieving students in specialized educational settings
Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and interpreting student performance metrics
Strong instructional presence with demonstrated ability to captivate young learners using voice, storytelling, and enthusiasm
Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
