Responsibilities
Greet and sign in showroom visitors, ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they enter
Help our Account Managers by facilitating the sales process, managing payments, updating order statuses, and answering inquiries
Explain the benefits of ProSource to prospective clients (trade professionals and homeowners) and invite them to explore our showroom
Arrange appointments for showroom tours with potential new members
Keep the showroom floor fresh and inviting by updating product displays and pricing
Work with the sales manager to ensure a consistent, top-notch customer experience and keep the showroom in pristine condition
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of experience in the flooring industry
High School diploma or GED
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to understand and communicate numerical data, including discounts and commissions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
General understanding of technology, including mobile devices and internet searches
Preferred
Restaurant experience

Realtor experience
Background or interest in Interior Design
