Responsibilities

Coaching and advancing Guides to execute Alpha's workshops at a world-class standard

Developing Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning experiences, and approaches to common obstacles

Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that elevates student participation and outcomes

Personally coaching a small student cohort, demonstrating expert mentorship and motivational techniques

Required

Currently located in or prepared to relocate for in-person work at one of the Alpha Campuses (Bethesda, MD; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Seattle, WA; or CA: East Bay (San Francisco), Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles)

Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related area

Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives

Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams

Background working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings

Skilled in data analysis and applying metrics to inform decisions and drive ongoing improvement

Legal authorization to work in the United States
