Responsibilities
Inspect welding joints and related construction work after installation and completion
Prepare, review, and maintain QC documentation for internal tracking and client reporting
Participate in routine quality walkthroughs and monthly quality review meetings
Support QA/QC teams in verifying construction work meets drawings, specifications, and project standards
Ensure inspection records and documentation follow established project procedures
Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and field teams to address quality findings
Assist with tracking nonconformance items and corrective actions as needed
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English (required)
Familiarity with construction quality control processes and documentation
Physically able to walk and work within an active construction site environment
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills
Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively with site teams
Dependable and comfortable working primarily on-site
Preferred
Engineering or construction site experience preferred
