Responsibilities

Leads the design and implementation of automated payroll and attendance systems, collaborating with HR, IT, and payroll teams across multiple regions
Ensures system compliance with pay policies and government regulations while overseeing testing and auditing phases to ensure accuracy
Prepares, documents, distributes and reconciles payroll accurately and timely every cycle
Reviews the computation of pay and associated deductions for accuracy
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of government legislation affecting payroll; understands and follows applicable provisions
May prepare or oversee required tax filings and other reporting
Responds to and resolves inquiries regarding paychecks or payroll reporting
Ensures payroll issues are escalated and resolved promptly

Required

Typically, an Associate Degree (or equivalent) and 4+ years of related experience
Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers
