This role involves greeting guests with warmth and professionalism while ensuring a polished and seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities
Welcome donors, members, and guests warmly and professionally upon entry to lounges
Confirm lounge access discreetly and confidently
Maintain a calm, polished, and welcoming lounge environment
Assist guests with amenities, navigation, and general information
Monitor guest flow and respond proactively to guest needs
Escalate questions or concerns through established operational channels
Represent the Trump Kennedy Center with professionalism at all times
Qualification
Required
Experience in hospitality, guest services, or other customer-facing roles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfort engaging with donors and members in premium environments
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and performance-based schedules
Candidate must be local or willing to relocate to the DMV area. Relocation assistance is not provided
Candidate must be willing to work onsite
