Responsibilities
Facilitating hour-long life skills sessions with K-2 learners, coaching them while reinforcing literacy concepts introduced by Reading Specialists
Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning platforms and meet their weekly academic targets
Guiding emotional self-regulation, persistence, and critical thinking with steady structure and genuine care
Monitoring student development and requirements, identifying concerns proactively, and modifying approaches with your team's input
Building a classroom environment that balances structure, engagement, and individual connection
Qualification
Required
Availability to work full-time and on-site at our Miami, FL or San Francisco, CA campus
Bachelor's degree from any discipline
Minimum 3 years working with children aged 4–8 in educational settings, afterschool programs, coaching roles, or comparable contexts
Strong storytelling ability and dynamic presentation skills: capable of captivating and maintaining young children's focus in group settings
Capacity to maintain elevated expectations for both yourself and students, and motivate children toward goal achievement
Growth-oriented mindset and receptiveness to coaching
Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
