2+ years expAdecco is seeking an experienced Night Shift Shop Foreman to support our client’s growing operations. In this role, you will oversee night shift workflow, support a team of technicians, and ensure customer-owned inventory is handled with exceptional quality.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Operations Manager to set shift goals and assign work orders
Manage technician workloads and ensure smooth workflow throughout the night
Audit completed work to confirm adherence to company and customer standards
Lead, mentor, and coach technicians to maintain high performance
Provide guidance on policies, processes, and expectations
Conduct weekly safety meetings
Ensure compliance with all shop safety protocols and regulations
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure transactions are properly documented in CRM/ERP systems
Assist with customer needs, including work orders, part identification, and deliveries
Partner with sales and customer service teams to resolve issues as needed
Foster teamwork, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and quality
Qualification
Required
2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Previous night shift experience
Preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with basic computer applications
Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
Reliable transportation required
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
