Responsibilities
Leading adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
Creating personalized engagement strategies that resonate with students and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading
Interpreting student performance metrics to iteratively improve instructional methods and identify meaningful patterns
Partnering with engineering staff to assess and refine AI-powered literacy platforms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree plus advanced reading instruction certification (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or comparable credential)
Minimum 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to students in early elementary grades
Demonstrated ability to assess reading proficiency, organize student groups, and develop differentiated lessons independent of pre-packaged curricula
Experience working with AI or adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student interaction data
U.S. work authorization without requirement for sponsorship
Availability to work on-site at one of these locations: Chantilly (Washington), VA; San Francisco, CA; or New York City, NY
