Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with agents and identify opportunities to grow their business with GAINSCO

Educate agents on our products, underwriting guidelines, and policy procedures

Support new and existing agents with onboarding, training, and day-to-day questions

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales campaigns and strategies

Manage multiple projects and follow up with agents to keep the sales pipeline moving

Track and report on sales initiatives and agent engagement

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

No prior sales experience required—just a strong desire to learn and grow!

Strong communication and listening skills

Comfortable speaking on the phone and building rapport with others

Eagerness to learn sales techniques and product knowledge

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results

Metrics-focused mindset with a commitment to accountability for delivering results

Preferred

Experience in customer service, retail, or B2B sales is a plus

Insurance industry knowledge is helpful but not required

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
