Responsibilities

Aims to autonomously manage a project of medium complexity (analysis, deliverable, time and budget)
Structures analyses to be carried out by the team and efficiently reviews the quality of the work performed, including for (technical) consistency and completeness
Identifies key issues arising during an engagement independently and develops his/her own solutions relating to main project issues or risks. Summarizes findings to the client/partner
Structures and drafts whole reports (or report sections on large engagements) and/or creates draft presentations
Actively coordinates junior resources and reports to the engagement partner
Manages client expectations and communications, including the engagement partner/ director where required
Actively provides support in training of analysts and associates on internal/external technical standards and industry developments
Shows efficient organization when involved in multiple assignments

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, or accounting discipline
4+ years of advisory experience in corporate finance, valuations, transaction and/or dispute situations
Exceptional numerical and analytical skills, commercial awareness and attention to detail
Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly the ability to summarize
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-confidence and humility: curious, enthusiastic and willing to learn
Required to work in the US

Preferred

CPA highly preferred
Fluency in other languages is also desirable but not essential
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (VBA and other programming skills are an advantage)
