Random Golf Club is looking for a Producer to help lead the execution of their content across shoots, events, and partner campaigns. This role involves managing production logistics and serving as a key contact with B2B partners to ensure content delivery is professional and timely.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day social execution (stories, replies, basic posts)
Help concept and write short-form content for Reels, TikTok, and social-first storytelling
Manage project flow and internal communication for shoots, edits, and deliverables
Coordinate travel, scheduling, hiring, and logistics for remote shoots and crews
Stay fluent in the YouTube golf + creator landscape to inform what we make
Support partner coordination tied to content delivery (status updates, needs, timelines, follow-through)
Book and manage flights, lodging, meals, and transportation
Coordinate crew, talent, gear, and schedules on-site
Be the on-site problem solver when plans change
Ensure partners get what’s needed from the trip (even when they’re not onsite) while protecting creative priorities
Capture auxiliary content: BTS, short-form moments, social clips
Help turn shoots into multiple content outputs, not just one video

Required

Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, especially in the golf and creator space

Excellent written communication skills (captions, scripts, context, clear partner updates)
Highly organized and dependable, even under pressure
Comfortable multitasking across logistics, partners, and creative needs
Confident communicator who works well with producers, editors, talent, partners, and freelance crew
Flexible, resourceful, and calm when plans change
Comfortable traveling frequently and living out of a suitcase at times
Enthusiasm for golf culture and curiosity to learn more
