Responsibilities
Manage information flow across internal teams, advisors, and counterparties
Track transaction workstreams, timelines, and deliverables
Support diligence requests and manage data room activity
Handle reactive, ad-hoc tasks that arise during the transaction process
Assist with updates to presentation materials and analyses as needed
Ensure accuracy, organization, and responsiveness throughout the deal lifecycle
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in investment banking or private equity
Strong understanding of transaction processes and deal execution
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
Strong communication skills and professional judgment
