Procurement: Process orders, check orders for accuracy, up-selling/suggestive selling, follow-up on back-orders
Record Retention: Compile and update physical or digital files on customers; monitor backordered items and allocations
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in a customer service/sales support role
Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, organizational and communication skills (both verbal & written)
Strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, patience, and flexibility
Computer savvy with experience using an ERP system, Excel spreadsheets, Word, and the Internet
