Responsibilities

Create and facilitate dynamic, individualized phonics-centered reading workshops for small groups of gifted K-2 learners
Employ narrative techniques and participatory approaches to drive learning acceleration 5-10x above conventional standards
Monitor student advancement and modify workshop delivery in real-time to address the specific needs of each cohort
Provide individual and small group coaching sessions to produce quantifiable gains in adaptive literacy and writing applications

Required

Available to work on-site at GT.School in Georgetown, TX (relocation assistance offered)

Background working with gifted or high-ability children in specialized educational settings
Skilled in using AI/adaptive learning platforms and interpreting student performance metrics
Strong instructional presence with demonstrated ability to captivate young learners using vocal delivery, narrative skills, and enthusiasm
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
