Leading tailored campus visits that convert prospective families by highlighting Alpha's distinct educational commitments
Stewarding prospective families throughout the enrollment pipeline with timely, considerate, and consistent outreach
Maintaining daily adherence to all child protection standards and preemptively identifying potential safety concerns
Overseeing facility upkeep with a proactive mindset, liaising with service providers, and securing cost-efficient, timely maintenance solutions
Monitoring metrics spanning admissions and operations to sharpen strategies and produce quantifiable outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in any field
Proven background in admissions, enrollment, or a family- or student-oriented client-facing capacity
Superior written and oral communication abilities
High emotional intelligence and capacity to establish rapport swiftly
Proficiency with data monitoring and evaluation
Self-motivated, autonomous professional with robust initiative
Availability to work on-site in Chantilly, VA
