The Shift Engineer will be responsible for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and public areas, as well as performing repairs on various equipment. Previous hotel maintenance experience is preferred but not required.

Responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas
Guest room and public area entry-level preventative maintenance are included
Perform some repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of maintenance experience
Strong troubleshooting skills (electricity, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, etc.)
Good communications skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weight
Preferred
Previous General hotel maintenance experience
