Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolving product or service issues with empathy, accuracy, and urgency
Documenting customer interactions and updating account information in internal systems
Following communication scripts and standard procedures while offering personalized solutions
Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or call center environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Proven ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism and efficiency
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure
Comfortable using CRM systems, call center software, and digital communication tools
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with strong attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
Preferred
