Responsibilities

Own the Experience
Be the first face our clients see and the voice that guides them from a seminar seat to a boardroom meeting
Keep our high-volume marketing engine running flawlessly while delivering a 'red carpet' experience in our lobby

Qualification

Hospitality-First MindsetTech-FluentPolished CommunicationEvent ManagementCRM Software Familiarity

Required

Hospitality-First Mindset: Proven experience in a high-touch customer-facing role (concierge, front desk, high-end retail, or event hosting)
Tech-Fluent: Comfortable managing a CRM, email marketing tools (like BombBomb/iContact), and Microsoft Office
Event Availability: Must be available to work evening seminars/workshops as required (typically 2-4 per month)
Polished Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; you sound professional on the phone and look professional in person

Preferred

Experience in financial services, wealth management, or insurance
Track record of managing seminar or event registration workflows
Familiarity with CRM software (i.e., Salesforce, Redtail, etc)
