Responsibilities

Create and facilitate exceptional learning sessions – Develop workshops across disciplines (mathematics, sciences, philosophy, creative writing) and deliver 1-on-1 coaching to 15-20 gifted learners advancing at 5-10x typical speed

Identify and resolve cognitive barriers – Adjust methodologies dynamically to assist students who have surpassed conventional education in discovering their intellectual advantage

Apply AI tools for customization

Partner and refine – Improve workshop frameworks alongside colleagues and measure effectiveness using both qualitative input and quantitative data

Qualification

Required

Exceptional educational background – Bachelor's degree from Ivy League institution or comparable university

Demonstrated academic achievement – National Merit Finalist, Olympiad medalist, accelerated college completion, or equivalent distinction

Distinguished academic credential – Competitive scholarship recipient (Rhodes, Fulbright, NSF GRFP), membership in Mensa/Triple Nine Society, PhD holder, or university-level instruction experience

3 years of mentorship background – Experience coaching, mentoring, or instructing students in any setting

Regular AI tool engagement – Self-reported daily utilization of generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)

Geographic flexibility – Prepared to relocate to or work on-site in Austin (Georgetown), TX

Employment eligibility – Authorized to work legally in the United States without requiring sponsorship
