The A List is a boutique Fashion PR Agency focused on VIP and celebrity dressing. They are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced VIP Account Manager to manage their VIP and Showroom team, leveraging strong relationships with fashion stylists and publicists to drive client goals and deliverables.

Responsibilities

Productively monitoring potential celebrity/VIP opportunities for upcoming red carpet, press junket, and street style placements

Overseeing reporting send outs, coverage achieved and forthcoming coverage and collating coverage and data for monthly reports

Managing the VIP team

Discovering and nurturing relations with new talent

Leading client meetings and special events

Working alongside events team on attendance procurement and creative initiatives

Host stylist appointments in showroom

Vet and facilitate VIP requests

Lead celebrity seeding efforts

Oversee management of sample activity and showroom inventory

Be a thoughtful and empowering manager of our purpose-driven agency; manage and help lead our VIP team team to drive client goals and KPIs with guidance from The Honeyman Agency’s Senior Management

Oversee the day-to-day account management of The Honeyman Agency’s clients and serve as main contact; collaborate with clients on their visual assets, deliverables, and internal timelines

Required

Strong relationships with the world's leading fashion stylists, publicist contacts and industry agencies

Minimum of 2-3 years VIP and celebrity experience in the fashion industry

Solid relationships with stylists

Strong interest in relevant pop culture

Knowledge of key stylists, publicists, managers, and influencer contacts

Experience of team leadership

Knowledge of all media including strong understanding of digital landscape and social media platforms

Creative thinker and extremely detail oriented

Proven track record of dressing celebrities, a database of top stylists, influencers and socials

Hard-working and proactive candidate who is enthusiastic, works well within a team and has a passion for celebrity/VIP relations across all sectors

An understanding of the luxury fashion industry is vital

Highly proficient with tools including Fashion GPS/Launchmetrics, MS Word, Excel, Canva, PowerPoint, Dropbox, Google programs, Cision, Muck Rack and social media platforms

Availability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple projects simultaneously

Effective leadership qualities and proactive attitude with managing projects and responsibilities and track record of growing a team
