Responsibilities

Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency development
Creating individualized motivational experiences leveraging gamified literacy benchmarks
Reviewing student performance data to adjust instruction and identify actionable patterns
Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
Building scalable, AI-supported curriculum enabling early elementary learners to reach grade-level reading proficiency

Advanced reading instruction certificationAI/adaptive learning platformsData-informed teachingSmall-group reading interventionsDifferentiated instruction

Required

Bachelor's degree plus advanced reading instruction certification (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
Minimum of 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
Capable of assessing reading proficiency, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student interaction patterns
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship requirements
Available to work on-site at one of these locations: Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
