Construct and maintain dynamic 3-statement financial models for every school and vertical — integrating enrollment, staffing, and CapEx into a unified forecast

Refresh rolling 12–18 month forecasts on a weekly basis using current data and scenario-test both upside and downside risks

Create executive dashboards powered by live data — surfacing key levers and enabling confident, daily decision-making

Leverage AI and automation to identify anomalies, monitor variances, and remove spreadsheet inefficiencies from finance operations

Draft concise memos summarizing financial risk, strategic alternatives, and budget implications — at board-ready quality, delivered within 72 hours
