Responsibilities
Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
Authoring Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning activities, and strategies for overcoming obstacles
Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides aimed at maximizing student engagement and outcomes
Personally coaching a small group of students to demonstrate advanced coaching and motivational techniques
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable field
Proven track record of designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives
Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with a history of building, managing, and inspiring high-performing teams
Experience engaging with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
Competency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and foster continuous improvement
Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ
Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
