Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive financial bridges, narratives and strategic documents for executive leadership, covering monthly, quarterly, and annual planning processes
Build collaborative relationships across global teams via strategic financial guidance
Manage multiple time sensitive deliverables across a highly matrixed organization
Partner with senior leadership to develop compelling narratives that influence strategic business decisions and policy development
Drive controllership at scale with AI solutions that innovate on traditional processes
Build sophisticated financial models that enable scenario analysis and develop frameworks that are the basis of recurring reporting for executive stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
6+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
6+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
Preferred
MBA, or CPA
Knowledge of SQL/ETL
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
