Architecting and executing district rollout plans that maximize adoption of our MTSS framework

Facilitating compelling professional development that equips educators with confidence and enthusiasm for our solution

Tracking implementation milestones and evaluating student performance metrics to ensure districts meet their objectives

Collaborating with district leadership to navigate obstacles and refine their student support systems

Conducting on-site training experiences that cultivate strong partnerships with critical stakeholders

Qualification

MTSS/RTI program coordinationInterpreting student performance dataProfessional development facilitationProject managementCollaboration with district leadershipTraining experience

Required

Minimum 3 years experience in MTSS/RTI program coordination or leadership capacities (e.g., MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, Special Education Program Administrator)

Proven experience interpreting student performance data and delivering actionable insights

Based in the United States and able to travel up to 30% for on-site training
