Responsibilities
Work with the engineering teams of our customers to help them integrate our platform technologies on the Mobile and Backend fronts
This includes providing sample code
Help them debug problems that may be resulting from their own issues or from our own
Be the first point of contact for our DevOps team when they need someone who can dig deep in the code and map it to the logs to root cause a production issue
Mobile development using Kotlin for Android and Objective-C and Swift for iOS
Configure, maintain, and monitor a fleet of physical / virtual machines running our CI environment
Tools development
Website development and maintenance
Qualification
Required
Strong debugging and problem solving skills
7+ years of experience in Software Development
2+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer
2+ years of experience in Kubernetes and/or Hashi Stack's Nomad and Consul
2+ years of experience in CI/CD tools and frameworks
3+ years of experience in Prometheus, & Grafana
Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, BUT we will also consider industry-based experience
Preferred
Experience with Linux development environment
Strong communication skills and ability to Lead and to Follow
Comfortable working independently in high-paced environment
Methodical, detail-oriented, analytical, AND feels STRONGLY about quality and supportability
Passionate, able to learn new technologies, tools, and frameworks quickly and apply them effectively
