Our client, Triune Infomatics Inc, is seeking a certified, hands-on Workday HCM Engineer to serve as a subject matter expert across multiple Workday HCM modules. The role involves designing, configuring, and supporting scalable Workday solutions to enhance employee experience and support strategic business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday configurations across Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, and Time & Absence

Design and deliver Workday HCM solutions that support enterprise-scale operations and enhance employee experience

Configure, test, and deploy Workday changes across Core HCM, Time & Absence, Recruiting, Compensation, and Security

Support and continuously improve existing Workday modules, including Learning & Development and Performance Management

Conduct deep-dive analysis of the current Workday landscape to identify technical debt and recommend improvements to performance, error handling, and scalability

Support Workday biannual releases, including feature impact analysis, configuration updates, and regression testing

Document business processes, procedures, workflows, and system configurations

Clearly communicate technical capabilities, constraints, and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders

Provide user training, system documentation, and ongoing production support
