Responsibilities
General maintenance and repairs in guest room, meeting space, and front of the house areas
Maintenance in back of the house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
Perform preventive maintenance on major equipment and systems
Using a windows based computer system
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of maintenance experience required
Strong troubleshooting skills (electricity, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, etc.) required
Good communications skills are required
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weight
Valid driver license and clean driving record required
Preferred
Previous General hotel Maintenance experience preferred
Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong organizational and delegation skills
