Conducting adaptive reading workshops that build core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
Creating individualized motivational experiences that engage students and foster enduring passion for reading
Evaluating learner progress metrics to continuously improve your methods and identify actionable insights
Working with the engineering team to assess and refine AI-driven literacy tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Wilson, Orton-Gillingham, or equivalent)
Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing students into groups, and creating differentiated instruction without relying on pre-written curricula
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to adjust instruction based on student interactions within these tools
Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
Available to work on-site at one of our campus locations: Chantilly (Washington), VA; San Francisco, CA; or New York City, NY
