Responsibilities

Create and design graphic content for the department
Building and maintaining internal graphic design files including but not limited to, price list pages and related documents, presentation slides, business cards, email banners, invites, and social media content
Market research - Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting social media ad data, which can help inform marketing decisions
Run and create content for all social media accounts, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest
Assisting in building and maintaining brand image
Using writing and editing skills to create content for social media, promotions, and other materials, while keeping the target audience in mind
Coordinating and building campaigns with provided content to effectively deliver the brands message through Newsletters and E-Blasts
Maintain Eblast + Newsletter email database
Format (including metadata) and distribute press releases
Maintain a current press contact list and current email addresses
Coordinate press requests
Track and coordinate special editorial submissions per publication
Analyze data and generate reports
General showroom responsibilities to make sure the space always looks presentable
Organize, reorder and stock samples and marketing collateral
Maintaining a stocked fridge and kitchen area
Versed and knowledgeable in all products on the floor
Coordinate, prepare, and assist in running the showroom during NeoCon and industry events within THE MART
Coordinate deliveries for upcoming events or samples

Required

Must be knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Cloud - InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Detail-oriented
Appreciation for design, color trends, and inquisitive to learn more
Knowledgeable in social media with an understanding of current trends and viral moments
Excited about a quick-paced, dynamic work environment
You are a team player
Willingness to continuously learn and evolve in your role

Preferred

General writing and communication skills are a plus
