Responsibilities

Develop design disclosures such as cabling diagrams, wiring tables, cable routing sheets, and assembly and detail drawings to support COLUMBIA Class construction
Develop component procurement specifications and manage vendors that design, manufacture, and qualify components for the COLUMBIA Class
Troubleshooting / deck plate support for issues identified by the construction team

Required

Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
0-5 years post-graduate experience
The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense secret clearance
Candidate must be highly motivated and be capable of performing independently, as well as interact with other groups and organizations in a team environment
Candidate must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and technical writing skills
Some travel may be required

Preferred

Masters degree in Electrical or Systems engineering
Experience in subcontractor management
Experience in system component design, qualification and integration
Experience in ship construction
