Guide and mentor gifted students toward completing high school by 8th grade using personalized, accelerated learning pathways
Develop student life skills—resilience, grit, public speaking, focus—in tandem with academic achievement
Use AI-driven tools to monitor progress, customize learning experiences, and adapt instruction
Encourage students to progress through adaptive learning platforms and reach ambitious educational milestones
Work alongside a team rethinking education for high-performing learners
Qualification
Required
Willing to work in-person in Austin (Georgetown), TX
Documented record of academic excellence (National Merit Scholar, academic Olympiads, prestigious scholarships, dual-enrollment, etc.)
At least 3 years of experience mentoring, coaching, or teaching gifted and talented students or high-achieving youth
Daily usage of generative AI tools in an educational context (personalizing lessons, creating assessments, adapting instruction)
Excellent communication and public speaking skills
Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
