Clinical Leader - Ultrasound

The Clinical Leader for Ultrasound will manage the Clinical Applications team, ensuring high-quality clinical support and training, while also enhancing customer satisfaction through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
Manage the Clinical Applications team to enhance product knowledge, demonstration effectiveness, installation quality, and sales support
Improve demo-to-close ratios and overall customer satisfaction
Provide continual coaching and real-time guidance to Clinical Applications team during customer demonstrations, installations, and training to ensure consistent messaging, elevated performance, and exceptional customer experience
Build and maintain strong relationships with all levels of sales, product development, marketing, operations, and key accounts to ensure consistent clinical performance
Provide product performance and user feedback to the Product Management and sales team to align performance and development with market needs
Deliver high-level demonstrations and product presentations for strategic accounts and KOL engagements in support of Samsung Ultrasound
Develop and maintain advanced commercial skills within the Applications team
Support sales and dealer training initiatives to ensure strong product knowledge and differentiation from a clinical perspective
Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to meet customer training requirements and sales objectives
Represent Samsung at scientific meetings and trade shows through clinical presentations and support
Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop Clinical Application Specialists (CAS)
Mentor team members virtually, as well as in person, to achieve professional growth and performance goals
Create and foster an inclusive culture that develops and retains talent
Ensure CAS team maintains certifications, compliance, and product competency
Plan resources and schedules to optimize coverage for demos, installations, trainings, and events
Manage customer and team escalations promptly and professionally
Collaborate with Clinical Education Manager to ensure Applications team is prepared to support all demonstration and training needs
Provide quarterly clinical metrics that support investment decisions and track CAS productivity
Ensure CAS customer documentation is completed in Salesforce in a timely manner
Manage travel bookings and expense reporting in a timely manner
Review and approve expense reports and bonus submissions
Maintain current knowledge in relevant clinical and technical fields
Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive attitude
Complete all required training courses and maintain all required certifications
Gain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s product portfolio and competitor offerings to effectively position and promote our solutions
Manage time effectively and make sound business decisions
Follow all company policies regarding travel, expenses, and equipment handling
Wear dosimeter when in direct contact with radiation emitting devices
Qualification
Required
RDMS required
8+ years of experience in Healthcare Applications Management
Willingness to travel internationally, overnight, and on weekends
Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record are mandatory
Background check and drug testing (pre- and post-employment) required
Experience managing budgets, expenses, and resources required
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills required
Must be self-driven to optimize performance without the need for extensive supervision

Must be excellent with technology, able to present using a laptop and able demonstrate proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome

Must be able to sit and/or drive for long periods of time when traveling
Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8-15 hours) for multiple days
