Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of the enterprise risk management framework within the bank
Conduct regular risk assessments and analyze data to identify potential operational risks
Assist in monitoring key risk indicators (KRIs) and prepare detailed risk reports for leadership
Collaborate with compliance and audit teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
Contribute to the enhancement of risk mitigation strategies and control processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as Basel III and Dodd-Frank Act
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Preferred
Experience in risk management within banking or financial services preferred
