Fractional GTM/Strategy Entrepreneur-in-Residence

Responsibilities
Build GTM Foundations: Design repeatable GTM playbooks, help founders identify ICPs and buyer personas, and establish pipeline management systems, CRM setup, and sales operations
Drive Revenue & Traction: Develop pricing strategies, value propositions, and competitive positioning; support deal closures with customers and partners; structure pilot programs and enterprise sales processes
Develop Strategic Partnerships: Identify and engage key industry partners for distribution and co-development; connect founders with mobility players
Enable Scalable Growth: Guide transition from founder-led sales to commercial teams; design KPIs and dashboards to track key growth metrics
Qualification
Required
Seven + years in sales, business development, or GTM leadership (VP Sales, CRO, Head of GTM) with proven success scaling B2B sales organizations from Seed to exit
Strong understanding of mobility, automotive, or transportation technology ecosystems; experience with hardware-enabled, SaaS, or deep-tech business models; familiarity with enterprise/OEM sales cycles
Experience within venture-backed startups; understanding of how GTM performance ties into fundraising
Strong ability to coach technical founders through ambiguity
Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities
Strong analytical mindset to translate customer data into sales insights
Excellent ability to manage and support multiple companies simultaneously
