Responsibilities
Open and close repair orders (ROs) for the used car department in a timely and accurate manner
Inspect trade-in vehicles each morning, assessing their condition and making necessary recommendations
Write clear and engaging used car ads that highlight key features of each vehicle and attract potential buyers
Work closely with the used car sales manager and recon manager to develop accurate repair estimates for vehicles in the used car inventory
File paperwork related to vehicle transactions, repairs, and other used car department activities in an organized and efficient manner
Maintain an organized and clutter-free work environment to ensure smooth daily operations within the used car department
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
Preferred
Prior experience in an automotive environment is strongly preferred
Knowledge of the used car sales process and vehicle repairs is a plus
