Responsibilities

Designs Testing Strategies: Develops comprehensive test plans that validate the product requirements and features. This includes writing design and acceptance test procedures for use in engineering development and manufacturing processes
Creates Custom Testing Solutions: Designs test fixtures, cables, and works with the Hardware team to develop custom test boards and integrated testing setups for new products
Investigates Failures: Analyzes test failures, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, and presents findings to Test Review Boards for resolution
Enhances Testing Capabilities: Collaborates with the manufacturing operations team to improve test readability and reliability, while expanding testing capabilities as needed
Integrates and Troubleshoots: Partners with hardware and software teams to integrate and test products, efficiently identifying root cause issues and implementing solutions
Provides Accurate Estimates: Offers precise estimates for the development of testing features and procedures, ensuring effective project planning

Required

Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
3 or more years of experience in a similar or related role
Experience with complex system testing and technical troubleshooting
Knowledge of laboratory test equipment (Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Environmental Test Chambers)
Proven ability to document issues and present findings effectively
Familiarity with CCA schematics for hardware troubleshooting
Applicants must currently hold an active U.S. security clearance

Preferred

Knowledge of Linux is a plus
