Responsibilities
Conducting adaptive reading workshops that develop phonics, comprehension, and fluency capabilities
Creating personalized motivational experiences through gamified literacy benchmarks
Reviewing student performance data to improve instructional methods and identify actionable patterns
Partnering with engineers to assess and refine AI literacy platforms based on classroom outcomes
Building scalable, AI-supported content that empowers early elementary students to reach grade-level reading proficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
Minimum of 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-written curricula
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning tools and able to respond to student interactions within these platforms
Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship requirements
Available to work on-site at one of our campus locations: Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
